'We had a large-ish group for my son's graduation from Middlebury College and could not have asked for a nicer host or place. The upstairs/main floor is really so much cooler even than the photos portray. You feel like you are out in the field with huge windows in every room. The basement is dark and cool and very flexible bed and roomwise. Everyone felt very comfortable and well cared for. Kara is a fantastic and responsive host and we are so grateful for the soft landing.'

'We had a blast at the property this past weekend. They did an amazing job, decorating and making this space feel like home away from home for all guests. It was plenty of parking and we had a great time playing in the snow in the yard. The lake was frozen and perfect to walk out on, if there wasn’t snow on it, we would’ve skated. We even saw people in their ice fishing huts. They had a wonderful welcome binder that gave us suggestions on places to eat where we can get groceries and liquor and...

'We very much enjoyed our five-day stay at this house on Lake Champlain -- at one of the narrowest parts of the lake (NY is a kayak away). There's a high-ceiling living room, well-stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, and it's a great area for runs/biking/walks. We very much recommend it.'

'Lovely home that has everything you need , located on a very secluded street . you can feel that this home is loved : has lots of great books and beautiful paintings ( home is owned by the artist ) Very cozy with a lot of character and overlooking Lake Champlain . Beautiful terrace . Local stores sell very good produce from nearby farms its organic and very tasty . great hiking at the Green Mountains for people who like forest ; trails are empty ( but about an hour away by car) Or you can walk...
