Shadyside 2: The Beach Map House [private villa]

Just 2 minutes walk to beautiful Tan Thanh beach with the UNESCO-listed town of Hoi An just 4km away - 10 mins by taxi. Our concierge Tuong will meet you on arrival and help with bookings for travel or activities. If you book the house, you don't share with anybody else, only your friends and family. There is a lovely pool and each of the three bedrooms has an en-suite bathroom. Your bed sheets and towels will be changed everyday by our maid Lau, who will also cook you breakfast each morning.
The space
Has a pool and garden and three bedrooms each with their own balcony and en-suite bathroom.
Guest access
Guests can use the pool and all parts of the house. There are books for them to read and some toys for children to play with.
Other things to note
To get hot water for showers, please push the small lever outisde the bathrooms up and allow 5 minutes for the water to get hot. Once finished please put the lever back down to save energy and our planet. If you need to wash clothes please ask the maid Lau
She will cook you up to 6 people breakfast every day for free,which can be a omelette or fried eggs with bread or a Vietnamese dish such as Cau Lau. Please let her know the day before what you want for breakfast.
There are many things to do in this area and places to shop, which our concierge Thuong can help you with. These include visits to Hoi An where you can go on coconut plantation tours or do cooking courses. There is also the protected nature reserve on Cham Island, the ancient city of My Son (Vietnam's Angkor Wat) and Bana Hills - Vietnamese theme park.
Also please do not smoke in the house.
