Towne Lake Park is a 22-acre community park featuring two ponds, walking trails, a playground, and sandlot ball fields and it is within easy walking distance of your front door. Enjoy picnic areas with BBQ grills, birdwatching along the lake, and family-friendly events throughout the year including races and seasonal festivals. It is free to access, flat, shaded, and one of the most underrated green spaces in Irving. A perfect way to start or end your day without getting in the car.

Getting around:

With easy proximity to 3 major highways - Hwy 183, Hwy 161 and Hwy 360 and the DFW Airport, this is perhaps the most central point in the entire metro area.
Don’t want to drive, then Walk to the Train

TRE West Irving Station - 3mins drive from the community or 10 -12 mins walk.
Skip the highway entirely. The West Irving Station connects you directly to Downtown Dallas via Union Station, and all the way west to Downtown Fort Worth all on the Trinity Railway Express commuter rail. Trains operate Monday through Saturday, connecting Irving to both cities and all points in between. Downtown Dallas and Downtown Fort Worth are both reachable in under 30 minutes - no parking, no traffic, no stress. The station is within walking distance of your unit.

IDs and Occupant Forms: Submit government IDs and occupant info within 24 hours of booking.

Pets: Declare pets before booking. Fees: $125 for 1st pet, plus $100 for the 2nd pet (max 2). Weight and breed restrictions apply.

Community Rules: Keep the community clean, leash dogs outside, and keep cats indoors.

Balcony Safety: Use safety gates for young children.

Parking Rules: Use designated spots, avoid fire lanes, handicap areas, and untagged reserved spots. Request a reserved space if needed.

Lost Keys/Fobs: $100 fee for lost keys or fobs.

Utilities: Rent covers $100 for a 1-bedroom unit, incl. electricity, water, trash, and Internet. Conserve to reduce impact; actual costs may vary based on circumstances and rates.
