We take pride in hosting our guests; therefore our apartments are up-to-date with city inspections. No parties. We are responsible hosts and if we get a report of a party, we will take action.

Also, our apartments are serviced on a regular basis for pest control. However, we are located in the great state of Texas, and as guests enter and exit the apartment or building bugs can come in from the outside, this doesn't happen often, but want our guests to be aware.

We give our guests their space but are available primarily through the platform's messaging and also by phone if needed.
