'Three couples, cousins, stayed two nights at the Castello to explore Assisi and Gubbio. My wife and I and our young children stayed at the castle in 1998. We all thought it was special. Since then we have now been again twice and the experience has only gotten better and better! Highly recommend for an extremely unique experience in Umbria with much to see a in the area.'

'The owner, Mr. Geo Gambacorta and his son Marco are very kind and helpful. Check-in went very smoothly. + Proximity to Santa Chiara basilica, you can easily take the bus to go aroubd Umbria or to the train station + kitchen is great, you can cook your own meals, it has everything needed, including all kinds of dishes and cutlery + terrace!!!! Amazing views of Assisi + tv in the room, nice window blinds + fully equipped bathroom, hot water runs perfectly - cleanliness of my room (no 2) was...

'The room was new and beautiful, the location is great! The only reason for a 4 is it was a little funky getting into the property. It’s all used by an app to unlock the doors. We had trouble getting in, so we called the phone number provided only to be challenged by the grumpy guy on the phone. Once we figured it all out the stay was great. '

'Only stay at this place if you have a car!!! There is no restaurants around to eat or markets to get food nearby. '

'La struttura è molto accogliente, si trova a pochi passi dalla cattedrale di S Maria degli Angeli, a pochi passi da ristoranti e centro cittadino. È semplice raggiungere la chiesa di San Francesco. La camera era molto pulita, calda e tranquilla. La consiglio vivamente.'

'Bellissima location nel punto panoramico di Spello. Accoglienza perfetta, ci ha ache aiutato a fare le manovre per parcheggiare. Letto comodo ed essendo inverno ci ha assegnato una camera calda e confortevole. Spero di trovare posto qui, la prossima volta che visiterò Spello.'
