  • Mooie 2e verdieping, smaakvol ingericht in het Penthouse-gebouw. 2BR / 2BA met uitzicht op zwembad, binnenplaats en golf. 2BR / 2BA met 2 kingsize bedden en een futon in de slaapkamer. Beide bedden hebben nieuwe posturepedische matrassen. Zal maximaal 6 personen slapen. Deze accommodatie heeft een groot balkon met comfortabele stoelen en tafels, met uitzicht op het zwembad en de binnenplaats, met een gedeeltelijk uitzicht op het strand. Het is uitgerust met een 46-inch tv in de woonkamer en een 32-inch tv in de grote slaapkamer met kabel en 2 DVR's. De slaapkamer heeft een glazen douche. De unit heeft nieuwe apparatuur, tegelvloeren in de entree, eetkamer en badkamer gebieden en tapijten in de woonkamer en slaapkamers. De keuken is zeer goed uitgerust met een koffiezetapparaat, een broodrooster, grillen keukengerei, alle nieuwe servies, etc.

The replacement room 01 was in need of repairs and updates. i went the office and spoke with the manager about the problem. after about five minutes they told me they could put me in another room. 021 the room was much better, i was happy with the results.

Had a great time. Our first time staying at this condo and would book again.

I would definitely book another stay here. Had a great time. Only issue was when we arrived late Friday the main toilet did not work. We called the office first thing Sat morning to report and they took my phone number and said someone would call. No one ever called and toilet never got fixed. The water was even shut off to it

Nice place

This was a great place especially for a group of 7 like we had. You can’t see the ocean from the room so that sucks, but it was just a short walk to beach (3-5min). Walk was easy just take elevator or stairs then through courtyard or parking lot and you’re on the beach in no time. Loved the keyless entry for practicality of a group of 7. People could come and go as they please. Large balcony was nice!

Unit 21 stay during thanksgiving

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We planned for this a month ahead and made the reservation. We drove from Texas to Destin (12 hours drive each way) during thanksgiving week. We checked in late and next day morning a big construction noice (hammering, drilling etc) and it made us to woke up at 8 AM. I called the office they said this is normal during this time for repairs between 8 AM and 5 PM, so you have to stay with noise. I asked them can you reschedule your repair because the noise level is too high and I talked to the manager. She gave me two options 1- to vacate before 3 PM to get rest of you stay refund 2-discount 10 and stay with noise. I have to pick one because it was hard for me find another place to stay and I don’t want to spoil my vacation. VERY BAD EXPERIENCE

Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed the family atmosphere at Silver Dunes, and the fact it was a smaller complex. I was told on the phone that it was 'a totally updated unit', which was false. The unit was not cleaned well at all prior to our arrival. (Food in the couch, skewers in the kitchen, dirty toilets) The unit is directly next to the dumpster, and I had to ask twice for the trash to be removed due to the smell. The grounds were not kept up as well. There was spaghetti on the hallway floor that was not cleaned up for 5 days. We ended up leaving a day early. We will not be returning to Silver Dunes.
