'Did not like NOT being informed about a REQUIRED $100.00 damage deposit upon arrival!!!!!!!'

'Stay was great'

'No coffee pot in room'

'Was ok as a Hampton but no breakfast in the morning, this is a 100% satisfaction guarantee failure so the hotel should have refunded everyone in full but only did it if the guest specifically asked for the refund they were entitled to - shows a real lack of integrity by management. As we booked through Expedia and not directly they refused to give Expedia the refund!'
