'Personeel was heelnaardig, locatie was prachtig, maar onze douche gaf alleen maar koud water. We hebben bij de front desk gevraagd of er iemand naar kon kijken. We waren die dag toch de hele dag op excursie (van 7 uur ‘s morgens tot 7 uur ‘s avonds). Echter toen we terug bij de kamer kwamen stond de deur gewoon open…. Terwijl er een kaartje in de kamer ligt ‘doe niet zomaar open als er aangeklopt wordt. Bel dan eerst de front desk of wij het wel zijn’. Ik was echtvin alle staten. Security is...

'It was not the best when we arrived the staff was not very friendly and I felt like I was bothering them. I said hello to a lot of staff who completely ignored me it was uncomfortable and our room had toenail clippings it was a less then desirable experience, before you book here look somewhere else.'

'In general the property was quite nice. Rooms are spacious if somewhat run down (they were doing some renovations though so that might be solved soon). It is in a nice location by the ocean and the bar/restaurant was very enjoyable with good staff. The pool is somewhat small but acceptable, the private lagoon somewhat makes up for this though (it is also a great place to try out your snorkel before going into the ocean).

'Checkin was smooth, hotel was clean all around. No beach access. Not that many restaurant options for lunch. The pool restaurant took long, food was mediocre.'

'There was a medium size cockroach inside the bathing tub and it was very stubborn to get rid of it.
The front office lady blabbered something in her own accent was very hard to follow.
Parking was a nightmare. You should know some gymnastics and know how to come out of the car after you parked in the tight spot. It's highly
possible your car will get stuck and damaged.
Good thing is it's nearer to the airport and restaurants. '
