'From the moment we tried to check in, the front desk seemed to be understaffed. Our major complaint was receiving a bill, via email after check out, with duplicate room charges for our reservation which was previously booked and paid through a booking company. 'We loved the breakfast buffet; the staff was wonderful. They were very friendly and helpful and made our stay just so joyous. When we needed ice, housekeeping was very happy to bring it to our room.'

'Liked: 1) The owner met us upon arrival and indicated where to park; 2) The “jungle-like” setting; 3) The quiet setting; 4) The cottage-like unit, especially the tree trunk columns; and 5) The papaya and fig bar “continental breakfast.” Not liked: 1) The lack of clear signage and way-finding; and 2) The mustiness of the unit.'
