3 bedroom and 1 bath home in the heart of Gem County. Nestled in a quite neighborhood near downtown Emmett, Idaho. Walking distance to local restaurants and movie theater.
Recently refurbished with new appliances, new carpet, new vinyl and new paint. All bedrooms have new mattresses and new linens.
Thoughtfully decorated with a cottage vibe. Relax and enjoy the fresh air on the back patio. Make this your home away from home.
This is not a shared space. You will have the whole house and yard all to yourself.

House is super clean decorated very cute, kitchen well equipped, beds are comfy, board games play with family, Great A/C, water pressure in shower was the best after a long drive, owner is super friendly nice to work with. We wished it would have had a more comfy couch in living room to watch TV and visit but furniture is super nice and very clean and matches the decor. We will definitely be repeat customers when we come Back to visit family

3 bedrooms, one bath, one level, close to downtown.
This house is in a neighborhood that is in transition, and this house among, others is having a very positive influence. The house and property are well cared for. The house has the feel of the 50’s with all the amenities of the 21st century. Loved the air conditioning and great water pressure in the tub/shower. The owner was very good at being available for any questions. I would stay here again.

The house is so inviting with the décor so tasteful and quaint. The kitchen and bathroom are fully equipped with everything you could possible need. The beds are very comfortable. And, best of all is the hostess. She is so accommodating, friendly and helpful. This was our second stay and we plan on returning next summer.

We could not have asked for a better experience. The home is just a few blocks from downtown, situated in a quiet, sweet neighborhood. The hostess thought of everything. The home is clean, tastefully decorated, plenty of extra linens, toiletries, cookware, spices, extra large refrigerator, toys and games for the little ones, and more. If we had questions, our hostess was at the ready. We enjoyed the perfect stay, and plan on future bookings!

Took my daughter and granddaughters to see family in the area. The house was perfect! Not only is the decor thoughtful, the amenities are as well. There's a high chair, toys, games, coloring books, a desk in the children's room, and a pretty well stocked kitchen. If i travel to Emmett again, i will definitely seek this place out!
