Waarom zou je in dezelfde oude hut of flat verblijven als je kunt verblijven in ons mooie, schone en unieke A-frame, omringd door bomen en overvloedig aan dieren in het wild.

De locatie van dit huis is perfect voor uw vakantie in Estes. Het is gelegen in een zeer rustige verzameling van een paar hutten op slechts een paar minuten lopen naar Rocky Mountain National Park of het eigendom van de YMCA en op 1,5 km rijden van Downtown of de ingang van Beaver Meadows naar RMNP. U kunt ook lopen naar het zeer populaire Dunraven Italian Restaurant (het eenmalige Hwy 66).

Je zult een geweldige Rocky Mountain-vakantie hebben in dit schone, rustige, volledig ingerichte vakantiehuis. We hebben twee slaapkamers boven. De slaapkamer heeft een queensize bed en een balkon waar u de Big Thompson River door de bomen kunt horen. De tweede slaapkamer heeft een groot bed. Beneden is smaakvol ingericht met nieuwere meubels met een uittrekbare koningin en een uitschuifbaar eenpersoonsbed. Beneden is geweldig voor kinderen om in te slapen, terwijl de volwassenen rustig boven slapen.

We hebben een gloednieuwe volledig ingerichte keuken met gasfornuis, vaatwasser en magnetron. We hebben ook een nieuwere full-size wasmachine en droger ook.

U kunt ontspannen en een boek lezen bij de houtkachel, dvd's kijken op tv (we hebben een grote selectie dvd's op voorraad), klassieke Atari-videogames spelen of op de veranda aan de voor- of achterkant zitten en kijken naar de elanden, herten, beren, vossen, coyotes, wilde kalkoenen, konijnen, kolibries enz. die vaak op het terrein worden gezien.

Als u wilt wandelen, is dit de locatie voor u. U kunt wandelen in Rocky Mountain National Park langs de pittoreske kei bezaaid Big Thompson River en in ongeveer 15 minuten in het Moraine Park gebied (prime vissen en elanden bekijken) zijn. U kunt ook wandelen langs Glacier Creek voor meer vissen en prachtige paden. De YMCA heeft talloze paden waar mountainbiken is toegestaan. We zijn dicht bij een flink aantal restaurants, winkels, paardrijden, vissen, minigolf en alles dat Estes te bieden heeft op Highway 66 (Tunnel Rd) naar het centrum van Estes.

This was the second time my son and I stayed at the A-frame. We love it here! It’s so cute, with a large kitchen area that is well stocked with everything one might need. Morning coffee on the deck is my happy place! The location is perfect, too. We hiked to Moraine Park in RMNP from here and enjoyed the fall colors. We were also close to our favorite restaurant - Rock Inn Mountain Tavern. We look forward to returning!

This little cabin was the perfect landing place while exploring RMNP. The inside was cute & cozy. We enjoyed the open area between the kitchen & living room which was nice for socializing while prepping dinners. The wood stove was awesome & kept the main floor super warm. Communication with the host was quick & responsive. Star gazing was 10/10.A couple things to consider if you’re looking to book: walls are fairly thin & the doors on the bed rooms are folding accordian doors. We had no complaints & enjoyed our stay!

We were there mid-September, so towards the end of "tourist" season and enjoyed our stay. That being said, we tightened the door handle. There were massive cobwebs and bugs around the door near the ceiling. We learned the people in charge don't actually go on the property after each guest. A cleaning crew takes care of it, who might not take as much pride in it?! We were able to get ahold of the managers during our stay. :) We took advantage of the kitchen, which was lacking simple seasonings (salt and pepper) and tinfoil for cooking. The furniture was very used, saggy, and not comfortable. The twin size pullout bed mattress was like laying directly on metal springs. Unless it is updated, it should not be offered as a bedding option! There was plenty of hot water for 5 of us to get through the shower, one right after the other! :) We could not find access to the water that was on the other side of the road without going into Estes Park. You could hear it! We did see wildlife (mule deer and a bobcat) every morning and evening. There is not much privacy. The doors to the bedrooms upstairs were screens and a little see through. The walls don't even go all the way to the ceiling. The blinds were missing multiple slats and one bedroom window had no blinds and there are other houses near by! We did enjoy our time, but want to give an accurate description of our experience. Thank you.

Beautiful home in a PERFECT location if you are wanting to explore Rocky Mountain National Park. A hidden gem honestly! The house was clean and had some basic necessities (dish soap, laundry detergent, etc.) so that was nice we didn’t have to buy those things at the store during our stay. I’d highly recommend to anyone who is wanting to stay in the area!

Property was clean and location is stellar. Just minutes to RMNP. Directions and access was clear, and pictures and set up of the rooms is accurate. Bathroom and laundry are on the lower level. Everything we needed in the kitchen and more.No curtains in back bedroom made privacy an issue, and panels were missing from the shades in the lower level. Towels were also okay, but could be nicer and newer.

It is a very nice cabin. We used the wood stove to make us comfortable in the evenings. Good heating is also available. We enjoyed our stay here. Deer and bear crossed near the cabin. The cabin was cozy, even in the negative temperatures. The location was beautiful and quiet, and we were able to go to the RMNP daily to play in the snow and explore. The stairs were a little treacherous and shaky, but that would be my only complaint. Great little A-frame

My husband and I stayed for 4 days with our adult son and his girlfriend. The house was clean, and well equipped. Beds were really comfortable. The washer and dryer were really nice to have. The location was fabulous. I would not recommend this cabin for a 2 couple romantic getaway. There aren’t real doors on the bedrooms, and you can hear a person in the next room whispering.LOL

I was not comfortable with the fact that just anyone could see straight into the bedroom. Those blinds really need to be replaced. This was our first time flying into a rental and I wasn’t fully packed with all necessities. However, I’ve never needed all that I have Brought with me either. Here we didn’t have one extra trash bag, one dishwasher pod or even one load of laundry detergent that we were supposed to use to wash our towels. Either the owner should spend the money to make it better or the renter should spend their money somewhere else. There was wildlife in the yard on several occasions.
