'Before and during our stay John, the host, was always attentive and supportive. Mandy who is the on-site Manager was lovely and really helpful and was there to meet us when we arrived. Because we live local to the area Mandy was good enough to allow my mum and grandkids have a look around this historical property too. It is an amazing old building dating back to the 13th century. There was a good combination of old features particularly in the main entrance and sitting room and also luxury well...

'I can not say enough about Wilton castle. It was amazing staying in the self contained suites. There was a fire place in the suite that was prepared and ready to go everyday. The property itself is amazing, at one point in our stay we were the on people there. Pretty unrealistic staying on a property like this by yourself. The kitchen was fully stocked including coffee, tea, milk & sugar. The bed was super cozy. The suit we stayed in had some water damage that was causing some mold in the...

'This was by far the nicest location that we stayed at while in France. Staff was excellent, and the food was excellent. It is remote, so plan for extra travel times if going into town.'
