'Bij 1 van de badkamers was het bad/douche onbruikbaar omdat er een lekkage uit het plafond kwam. Keuken was behoorlijk incompleet, er waren geen pannen en nauwelijks kookgerei. De beheerder hebben we hierop gewezen en deze heeft dagelijks aanvulling beloofd en excuses gemaakt. Uiteindelijk is de keuken nooit aangevuld geweest en hebben we alle dagen buiten de deur moeten eten.'

'Loved the decor and layout of the place. It was close to hospitals and Rice neighborhood with all the great restaurants. I loved that there was a tv in living room and in bedroom (this gave us 2 spots to nap or watch tv without being in each others hair) washer and dryer in unit as well. I prefer condo to hotel room and this was perfect. Nice gym as well.'

'Property was nice but the instructions on how to find which apartment it is needs to be more in depth. The building is rather confusing. One gates locked ones not. The numbers at the end of the address don’t indicate that they are an apartment number so we were confused, but the host answered us very quickly! The place was clean, pretty big size. Perfect for the weekend '

'This property and the Host Tee were amazing. Tee is the perfect Host. If you need something she will be there for you. The property is great with garage parking and an assigned parking space. We were in a quiet hallway. The apartment is beautiful and clean. If I come back to Houston I am definitely staying at Tee's place.'

The host was very responsive to all questions and prompt with any info we needed to access the property. The property is older and obviously has wear and tear on the outside, but the inside of the apartment was beautiful and clean.
