'We were in town for our son's college graduation in San Marcos. This location is just five miles from the college without any traffic or city noises. Gorgeous pecan farm setting with a clean rental house. Enough beds for my group of 7. Bed were comfortable, house was clean, and to have a washer and dryer was a huge perk! The owners were quick to respond and very nice when we met them. I highly recommend this rental.'

'The property was beautiful and the houses were all very clean and comfortable to stay in! Everyone loved it ranging from ages 12 all the way up to 75 and all ages in between. We will definitely be back. On top of loving the property, the owners are amazing. My parents had tire trouble and had to stay at house past check out time on Sunday and they accommodated them to stay a few hours no problem… which was above and beyond and really helped my parents in such a stressful situation.'
