'We so enjoyed this house. It had everything we needed. The house is beautiful with three bedrooms and bathrooms. The kitchen was so very nice with lots of extras. We thoroughly enjoyed the porch. So nice to relax and enjoy the weather. The location was excellent and it was within walking distance to restaurants and boutiques. The 6 of us loved it!!'

'The basics on the property were as expected. The snacks were a nice touch and the basics for the property were fine. The TV only had Roku, so any network TV, such as watching the World Series at night, couldn't be done. I've stayed at other VRBOs and they were upfront about the TV channels access. Letting the renters know upfront on the property summary that the TV is only Roku should be done. The property manual on-site is way out of date and held in a broken spiral notebook. It contains...

'The cottage is cute, very clean and spacious. We walked the trail down to the creek and around the main house one morning. Very peaceful. We met the donkeys Chet and Lloyd and fed them carrots. Convenient to distilleries and places of interest. We would definitely recommend this property!'

'We enjoyed our 3-night stay! Kerith was very responsive to our questions. I appreciated the wide varity of coffee options. The bed was a little soft for me and a little short for my tall husband, and the sound on the TV is a little fuzzy, but it was absolutely fine for a few nights. Loved all the cooking pans and being out on the patio. We had both extremes of heat and cold during our visit, and the central heat/AC managed it well. Glad we stayed there!'

'Very disappointed in the upkeep of the home. There is no pride of ownership. Worn and pealing deck. Caps missing from deck posts. Chunk of siding has a hole in it. Worn and pealing interior wood floors. Mismatched furniture and wood tops on several nightstands and tables are pealing. Family room overhead light did not work. Mismatched bulbs in overhead kitchen.
