'We had a very good experience. Great location with lots of restaurants and historical landmarks within walking distance. The beds in the two bedrooms were very comfortable. The only issue we had with the unit itself is that the futon couches did not make for comfortable sleeping, and noise from the street was at times quite loud. Just bring ear plugs. Host company was very responsive.'

'Locatie is goed. Omgeving van de 2/3 straten er omheen is prima, ziet er een beetje vervallen uit. Maar we voelden ons veilig genoeg. Op loopafstand van alle spots die je wil bezoeken als toerist. Er waren veel voorzieningen die in de kamer (studio), wasmachine,droger, strijkplank, volledige keuken met grote koelkast, vriezer, magnetron en broodrooster. Kamer en het gebouw hebben een Mooi en hip desig. Rooftop had een geweldig uitzicht. Enige nadeel was dat de gym/gezamenlijke ruimte/rooftop...

'Excellent place to stay with everything one needs for a long or a short stay. Super fast WiFi and a new smart TV were most welcome. The place was very clean and was most comfortable. We found some great eating spots just a five minutes walk (try Race St Cafe or Khyber Pass) and parking was just two blocks away and we felt at $30:00 a day a fair value. '

'Our 1st room the heat didnt work. We called the number we were told to and very promptly they were bringing us the key card for a different room. The workers were all really nice and the room was very clean. There were renovations going on and there were dumpsters in the parking lot, but that is to be expected when theyre trying to remodel rooms. We were very pleased with the 2 bedroom suite we were in. 'Property was great. Walkable to all of the old city to see the liberty bell and independence hall. About an hour walk from the Philadelphia museum of art which isnt to bad of you plan to get there when it opens around 10 a.m.'
