'We walked around the harbor a bit before finding the boat. Glad the hosts were so responsive! The boat is outfitted with everything you need. Bathroom is tiny but entirely functional (instructions for toilet and shower could be included with the check-in information in the future, to have it up front). Beds are delightfully cozy. 'I rented the boat for the weekend. I showed up at the destination to find no boat. I contacted the owner throug messaging with no response. After being on hold with expedia for over an hour the owner contacted me. He stated he did not even get my reservation. I was sent to another location to where the boat was. It was dirty. Literally garbage and cups and a used huka left behind from previous guests. I was told i would receive a refund which i did not. I highly recommend to not rent this place...

'I never got to check in. They moved the boat to another location and never told me till the day of. Jeffrey never called back. Never communicated. I got a refund from vrbo. Never rent from these people. They should be delisted'

'I had a lovely suite overlooking the woods and the Charles River, where there is a lovely path for walking. I was surprised when I was told there was a full kitchen in the room, and discovered a living room, as well. I was only there for a night, but that would be a big perk if I was staying longer. The room and bathroom were clean. '
