As a frequent guest of these types of places, with only high guest ratings, we are fine with average rules. Beware, these owners are VERY fearful of people staying there. 'We had an amazing stay here. It is just a short drive from the Cornell University campus, making it the perfect place to stay for alumni visiting the area. The house is spacious and well-equipped, with a fully stocked kitchen, high-speed internet, and family-friendly amenities such as a pack-n-play, large back deck with a propane grill, and a big backyard. 'We had a great weekend staying in the property. The wood burner was great for a chilly early spring weekend, Elizabeth was very clear and accommodating in her communications making it very easy and everything was just great. My only regret is not booking the third night to stay for the Solar Eclipse and to get to explore the property further. We thoroughly enjoyed the area and the accommodations at the Yurt were perfect for my wife and I!'

'Came for 3 days to visit Cornell with my daughter and this home was perfect. Small, yet not lacking anything, rustic but lacking none of the modern tech. The backyard waterful, fire pit and views are worth the stay alone. Would definitely stay again.'
