'Beautiful scenery and very interesting decor. Had wonderful time with family, but there were some conditions that were disappointing for $1000+/day. Access to river unsafe (steep unstable rocks with no handrail) therefore no ability to launch canoe from property. One bedroom ceiling light inoperable. One grandchild awakened by mouse walking on legs. Inability to take showers if lawn sprinklers on. Electric stove warning light always on. Indoor defects (Mice, water, BR light and stove defects)...

'The location is very beautiful and peaceful. We had enough beds for our entire group. We knew the place was quirky from the pictures (the tv on the floor in front of the bookshelf). There is barbed wire fence separating the home from the river. Part of the draw of the place was access to the water. We weren’t interested in climbing over or under a fence. The blinds in the primary bedroom were broken. It didn’t appear that the kitchen or tub had been cleaned prior to our arrival. The host was...

'The cabin was absolutely adorable. Rustic but with a big screen tv that we could watch from the couch AND the bed. We're not big tv people but after a long day of driving and too late to walk the lake we dove into the comfy bed with super linens and pillows. Kitchen was perfect and a view of the lake from our front porch was divine. We'd stay again in a second!!'

'Nice place'

'We stayed 4 nights in Timbercrest. The home is absolutely incredible - the pictures do not do it justice! This was our best VRBO experience ever. My wife said, 'I could live here!' - the highest praise she could give. The home is in a private, secluded, upscale neighborhood. The property is beautiful. The kitchen immaculate and well-stocked - other than the food we ate, it lacked nothing. The beds were comfy, the bathrooms spacious and upscale. Tons of space throughout with a beautiful family...
