Good location, management needs attention
We stayed for 2 nights as a family of 5 (3 small children). The apartment is situated right in the centre of Girona, so is perfect for exploring. There are steep steps up to the apartment, not ideal with young children or a buggy (ours are 4, 7,7) so we were fine. People with restricted mobility would struggle (I have a broken foot and am on crutches) so wasn't ideal but it was booked and paid for before I sustained an injury. Staff were helpful at check-in, we were missing bedding for the sofa and didn't have enough towels for 5 people, so the lady sorted it - bedding arrived at 2130ish! A/C was great when working, but temperamental - called management to get it sorted as wasn't working during the day in 38C heat - they said they would send a technician, one never appeared and no call back :( Overall, it is a good sized apartment that could do with the finer details resolving to make it perfect.
