'Love the location for this property! We walked to everything we wanted to do. The beds could use improvement but everything else about the property itself was wonderful. We stayed over a weekend and the area is pretty active until well into the night, calming down after 2 or 3 am. There were people driving around on really loud ATV's at night but that is really an issue Kansas City Police needs to take care of.'

'Place had great vibes, loved the brick walls, exposed ceilings. Took kids to opening day at the K then back to relax and watch sweet 16. Location was great for us to run and grab food to take back. For sure will stay again.'

'We had a great time at The Nelson condo. It was a good location to launch from as we revisited our favorite Kansas City spots. And the space is cute and functional. Despite some difficulty with road construction for the streetcar expansion, and the inconvenient outage of the elevator, we were happy with our pick for staying in KC for a long weekend. And lastly, there were a few minor issues upon arrival, but the property manager had a maintenance person there to address the issues within hours...

'Pictures don't quite do the place justice. It is a great spot in a great location. Clean and spacious with comfortable beds. There is the noise aspect to consider, but wasn't bad at all when we stayed (4/12-4/14). This was for our annual siblings weekend and was a hit! The only thing to worry about is parking. We got lucky and found a spot, and just hopped on and off the streetcar for the weekend.'

'Cute place we would stay again. Assumed there was coffee since there was a lot and filters, but there wasn't. The last one to clean didn't launder the all the bedding. The decor is very quaint and accommodating.'

'Things i like most is there is plenty of room, bathroom counter space and a king size bed. It is on the 3rd floor so it is quiet but there are several flights of stairs to haul your stuff up and down.'

'This property has a good location. Close to the Plaza and Westport. We have stayed here a couple times for a Chiefs game weekend. The two bedrooms are great with king beds in each and a bathroom for each bedroom as well. Nice common area for the living room and kitchen. Some things are in disrepair such as the bathroom doors, hooks on the back of the doors and simple things that could use an upgrade. Walls are very thin and you can hear people in the apartments above you and next to you. Overall...

'We needed a place to stay in Lee’s Summit while packing our daughter for a move to Colorado. This property was perfect for us as I was only a 10 minute drive from her home. There was plenty of space for us to live while we dismantled her home. Very clean; comfortable; great location to many shops and restaurants. Beds comfortable. Well equipped. Nicely decorated. Property manager responded quickly to a minor issue we had with a smoke detector. Highly recommend this property.'

The manager offered a different property, but we had no information about it. We ended up staying in a hotel.'

'We stayed here during our Thanksgiving holiday with family and we were all able to enjoy the location. The check in process was easy and the host provided the codes for entry prior to our arrival. The house was very maintained and cleaned prior to our arrival. There was plenty of room for our large group and a well stocked kitchen. Host was very responsive and extremely helpful. Would definitely recommend this rental and this host'
