'Modern, updated property in the Grove. Parking can be tricky so parking in the back is worth it.The whole place is very nice, quiet and the AC is a blessing in the hotter months. Very nice to have the kitchen, water spout in the refrigerator, and ice. Plus the washer/dryer option. You have stairs to access this space so keep that in mind. Would definitely stay again, Alan was easy to communicate with.'

'Check in was not easy at all.Initial email said one unit and it was a different one.Unit was very dirty. Walls all kind of black marks.Couch looks like someone came all over it and dirty but they were worried about someone eating on it. States it sleeps up to 5 but only enough towels for 3.Silverware for 3.No Tupperware.No large fry pan.No extra garbage bags.Light bulbs out in the bathroom and bedroom.Additional bedroom misleading. Its the couch that folds out or a air mattress in the closet. ...

'The host was very responsive and flexible. This apartment is very large with plenty of space. FYI It was over 85 degrees while we were there and the air conditioning helped but couldn’t keep up so one night it was 80 degrees. The balcony is pretty small and looks not too solid.'
