The property is beautifully modern and spacious, with a large bedroom and living area. My daughter and I stayed together and found it very comfortable. 'I've been to N.O plenty times in my life and have stayed at some pretty good hotels but this property that we stayed at this trip is by far our new home away from home when we coming to visit. The location is perfect, the apartment was beyond perfect from the time we walk in the door. The high ceilings to the open floor plan. The bedroom exceeded my expectations, love the full kitchen and the big washroom. I'll be staying here for now on when i visit.'

'Overall our unit was really nice, but there are a few areas that need improvement: -the pool was not clean -carelessly repaired (non working lights and a fixture falling down) -front entrance door really loud/can hear it slamming -other units partying -check in was not as simple as I would have liked'

'Everything was clean and communication was easy with the host. It was a quick walk to the main area. There's some great places to eat in the area and the street car is convenient. Along the walk some of the streets had quite a bit of trash, but overall the stay was excellent. It was also nice to have our own parking space available.'

'Wasn’t able to find password for wifi or key fob. Shower half way worked and clothes were in the dryer literally from 10pm until close to check out neither load got dry. Had to take wet clothes on the plane.'

'Absolutely beautiful apartment in the quarter! Just 2 blocks off bourbon. Beautifully decorated and comfortable. The bed is just a full, which is not ideal, but the apartment, itself, makes up for it. Very spacious, with all the comforts of home. Highly recommend and would definitely rent again.'

'We rented this place to visit our daughter who attends Tulane. The location (1 block from Fretet) is perfect! You can walk to great restaurants and stores and it was a 10 minute walk to campus. The apartment was clean well stocked and the beds were really comfortable. We will definitely stay here again'

'I stayed for 3 nights at the Avenue Plaza resort. The hotel is convenient located at St. Charles Avenue. The St. Charles streetcar stops right in front of the hotel. The room was large and beautiful decorated. Everything was clean, although there was no daily cleaning. It was a bit difficult to sleep because the airconditioning was very noisy and couldn't be turned off.
