Op een steenworp afstand van de oceaan of het zwembad, dit prachtig ingerichte 4 bdr, 3 bth heeft alle gemakken van thuis!
4 SLAAPKAMER, 3 badkamers duplex ~~ 2 grote slaapkamers met elk kingsize bedden, 3e slaapkamer heeft een queensize bed, 4e slaapkamer heeft 2 stapelbedden met twee boven en dubbele onder. Slaap 12 in totaal. ~~ beach house MET ZWEMBAD direct aan het prachtige strand van Gulf Shores. Perfecte familie vakantie get-a-way.
Een strandhuis huren is beter dan te maken hebben met problemen van een hoogbouwflat. Gratis parkeren en stap uw deur uit naar het strand!
Fantastisch uitzicht op de Golf van Mexico vanuit beide dekken van huis.
Een slaapkamer is boven met een eigen balkon en een prachtig uitzicht op het strand en het zwembad van de Golf van Mexico. De andere is beneden voor oudere bezoekers. Twee andere gastenkamers zijn boven.
Zeer rustig strand, maar toch zeer dicht bij het centrum van de stad.
Kindvriendelijk, volledig gevuld met alles wat u nodig heeft voor kinderen. De keuken is volledig gevuld met alles wat u nodig heeft om uw maaltijden te bereiden.

Beach and pool were perfect for our family with 2 very small children. Each couple had own bed and bath which was nice. Appreciated all the baby gear and beach equipment provided. Large grill was also nice to have.

The view is everything. Property is dated, but the view is wonderful. Stale wet smell, but air freshner solved quickly. Linens are old and faded, but the pool was warm. If you can look past the little things, you will enjoy your stay. If you can't, do what I do and bring your own linen and towels and just enjoy the view.

We loved our stay!! Beautiful place and location. Close to many restaurants and activities. Place provides everything you need for pool and beach toys, umbrellas, chairs and towels. And the pool is HEATED!! Was one of my favorite things. Was a great home away from home for our family. We definitely will be going back as Gulf Shores is our favorite annual vacation.

House is nice but outdated. There were some issues with the cleanliness of the place when we arrived. Contacted the property manager and issues were handled promptly. There are only 3 beach towels and only 12 regular towels and some of the regular towels were hand me downs from 1980. The furniture is comfortable as well as the mattresses. The pool is small but enjoyable. The neighborhood is safe and fun and of course the beach is great.

Nice quiet duplex, amazing location! Nice bunk room for the kids with some kid-friendly amenities (PNP, high chair, pool toys, beach toys). We spent a ton of time on the deck and pool area. We really enjoyed the heated pool and multiple daily walks to the beach - tons of sand toys and a couple beach chairs + beach towels. Very close (driving distance) to the best hangouts nearby. We grilled out every day. Our kids had a blast and we would love to come back!

The stay was great! Property holder even turned the pool heater on for us. Now, this house does have some maintenance issues. We changed the beeping smoke detector batteries upon arrival. Fridge door didn’t close properly but was reported and management offered to fix immediately but we were ok with closing it shut and checking each time. Microwave above stove is unplugged and sparks when plugged in but they offered another working safer option on the counter. Overall great stay and would return! Highly recommended!!!

Don't know what these other negative views are for. But, it was clean in a great location. Messaged the property manager and she always quickly responded. Like the pool light wasn't work on our first night. Messaged her and she got right on it and said the pool guy would be out the next morning and he was. No other issues beach want crowded the whole weekend. You could actually set your beach stuff up with anyone being right on top of you. I would highly recommend the beach house to everyone to book.. I'm coming back next year for sure..

The location and view were fantastic. The house was not near as nice as advertised. Floors were not very clean. No broom to sweep sand. Light bulbs blown in bathroom and one bedroom. Refrigerator door was broken. No pot holders. There was 1 towel and wash cloth per person. Asked for additional towels and told charge would be $50. There was a camera between the 2 main decks. We found this to be intrusive as the deck is a private area. We left an expensive bed pillow and Tosha said she would ask cleaners to find it and mail (at our expense) which was ok. We attempted to contact her again and heard nothing. The stove and oven had not been cleaned and were extremely dirty. Again, the view and location were great.

We loved everything about this home. It was in great condition and everything was great. The pool area is so nice, and the chairs are nice. The walk to the beach is not long from the house and the location of the house compared to town is very nice as well. The house was very well equipped with kitchen supplies and beach towels. Our family had a great time here and I would recommend it time over time.

We had a wonderful week in Gulf Shores. The place was exactly how the listing portrayed the property. Plenty of room, very clean, tons of beach gear to use, and fully stocked with essentials that made it feel close to home. We had great communication with the owners before and during our stay. The location was perfect being just far enough away from the “T”. We will look to book this place again when we return!

My husband and 3 kids stayed at this rental recently and it was overall a good week for us. We couldn’t use the pool for some reason because our 2 little boys were getting rashes in the pool. We’ve been in chlorine a ton and have never had issues. When we asked to have the pool chemical levels checked, the manager got the pool company to come out the next day, but we never heard anything about it. Was a shame that we couldn’t swim longer than 10 minutes each time due to their rash (Also why we booked the place). Luckily the gulf was super calm during our stay and the kids could swim that way. Newly renovated house with a lot of cut corners. We had our small dog with and you could tell other animals have been there. Rug in living room has an urine odor to it and couches are stained. I washed our sheets during our stay (because kids and sand) and the mattress protectors are all stained and gross. The high chair provided is super old and gross. We just covered it with our own dish towels so baby could eat, but it need to be replaced. We couldn’t use the straps because they were so dirty. The pack n play provided was nice. Glad I brought our own sheets for it as I’m not confident it is cleaned well. My husband was planning on working during the week of our stay and the wifi was super slow. He ended up using his hotspot, but Netflix wouldn’t connect and in the housing info sheets it says for you to call the internet provider. Not something I want to do on my vacation. Wasn’t a big deal as we were there for the beach, but with small kids, they like to watch their movies at night and it was limited with tv channels. The dishes were sort of gross with left on food on some silverware and cookware. The kitchen is stocked well with cooking supplies, but some pans really need to be replaced with the Teflon peeling off (we didn’t use those). The two burners on the stove don’t work, so you only have 2 to cook with. The refrigerator door is hard to close, so be aware of that. We didn’t have any extra toilet paper as it stated in the welcome sheet before we got there. Not a big deal as we bought our own. We aren’t big complainers and know it’s hit or miss with rentals. We made do and overall had a nice time. Not sure we will be back though.

Location is very convenient to everything but far enough away from the condos so there wasn’t a ridiculous amount of people on the beach. The only downside was the large sand dune to go over to get to the beach. If you’re in shape it shouldn’t be an issue, but for someone like me and my 82yo grandma it’s a lot. My calves and thighs are still recovering 🤣. Overall very nice place.

Our family meets at beach every August for reunion. Usually stay in Orange Beach and have stayed at same house for several years but decided to change this year. Pump went out in the pool 2 days before we left which was not good because the family in the other unit had 12 people including 5 kids David. Pool is pretty small for that many people and pump not working.

Paid over 6 thousand dollars for beachfront and a pool for one week. Pool was filthy and not cleaned for 4 days. More than half of our trip the pool was too dirty to use/. The duplex was very dirty. Ceiling fans covered in thick dust. For over 6 thousand dollars a week we expected a clean unit and this was not what we found. We all drove down and did not bring beach towels because the unit was advertised to have pool towels. We did not find any and ended up buying some at the local Walmart so that we could use the beach. Towels for finally brought to us on Thursday evening and we checked out Saturday morning so that was a wasted trip on the building managers part. We have had very good experiences with VRBO rentals in Florida this particular property is not what I would recommend I felt we were overcharged and the property was not worth our money. Gulf shores was really nice just not this rental.
