Locatie Bijzonderheden:
De Dolphin-Oosten is gelegen in de rustige baai aan Brekers gemeenschap, gevestigd in Fort Morgan gebied van Gulf Shores, 18 mijl van Hwy 59 op de Rt. 180. Bay naar Breakers is een lage dichtheid ontwikkeling en een korte wandeling naar Ft. Morgan State Park.

Met een volledig uitzicht op de Golf van Mexico, is de Sand Crab West een kant van een duplex en een eindeenheid van de 4 duplexwoningen die op het strand uitkijken. Een community boardwalk verbindt de 4 huizen en loopt vervolgens naar het strand in het midden. Dus een gemakkelijke 100 ft lopen naar links en dan nog eens 100 ft ten zuiden van het strand.

Activiteiten :: Grote Vissen (Baai van de Branding) Watersport Natuur paden met vogels kijken, zeeschildpadden en het beroemde strand muis. Fietsen Dicht bij diverse pluche golfbanen Dichtbij lokale restaurants, bars en winkels. Minder dan 1 mijl van de jachthaven met boot hellingen en charters 2 mijl uit de Burgeroorlog landmark-Fort Morgan en de veerboot naar Dauphin Island 20 mijl van Gulf Shore's belangrijkste winkelstraten en amusement / waterparken 25 mijl van outlet shopping malls.

Slaapplaatsen :: 14 personen, 5 slaapkamers + Kid's "Hang-Out" kamer (3 Koning, 2, 1 Full / Twin stapelbed, & 1 Twin.

First Floor - King size slaapkamer met comfortabele beddengoed, Direct TV & DVD. Een groot bad diensten zowel de koning en een extra slaapkamer met een Single / Volledige stapelbed en TV / DVD combo.
Second Floor - De slaapkamer op de tweede verdieping heeft een Direct TV & DVD, grote badkamer en een eigen terras en een grote vis stijl Adirondack stoelen.
Extra slaapkamers omvatten een kamer met 2 nieuwe Full bedden + DirectTV en een tweede slaapkamer met 1 kingsize bed. Extra slaapplaatsen onder twin-size dag bed te vinden in de 'hang-out "kamer met grote tv voor films en Xbox-games.

CLEAN & BEAUTIFUL

Absolutely amazing. The house is beautiful, the views are beautiful, everything was beautiful. Very clean and up to date. It has the best air conditioner in the south. We had 5 kids with us ranging from 1 year old to 6 years old and it was the perfect set up for them.

A great place

Everything was nice. We really didn’t need to bring any chairs, boogie boards or sand buckets, they had everything. We even left some things to add to the collection. Our room did not have a tv, but that’s okay, it was peaceful without it. The teens tv didn’t work. Overall we had a great time, great location.

Annual Family Vacation

This was our second year we stayed at Dolphin East for our Annual Family Vacation. We had a blast on the beach and at the Beach House. We love the location of the house and it’s location to the beach. Awesome Gulf Front views and easy to get in and out when you’re visiting the area. Very clean, recently updated and lots of room for a family. The owner Shawn is awesome to work with and is great with communication. I highly recommend the Dolphin East for family time on the beach!! We will definitely be back for another Annual Family Vacation!! Thanks Shawn for sharing your awesome Beach Home!!

Spacious Home

Loved the room to spread out in the living room and kitchen in this home-plenty of seating for everyone! Kitchen is well-stocked. There is a storage closet by parking for beach toys/chairs/boogies boards (we brought our own, but there seemed to be a little of everything except umbrellas). The screened in porch and exterior deck gave plenty of room to spread out outside. Didn't encounter any problems while staying here and the host was quick to respond.

Lovely beach home for our family

This home was clean, quiet, and spacious, with the dunes and beach just outside the door. We loved the screened porch and the deck for looking at the stars. The grandkids especially enjoyed the hang-out nook! We would definitely stay here again.

This home was a wonderful treat four our entire family. There was plenty of room to just enjoy each others company or have some time alone. The view was beautiful. The kitchen was fully stocked and had some wonderful extras like blenders and crockpots. There were awesome thoughtful things like extra pillows, high chair, playpen, floor fans, game systems, board games, and books. Tons of beach gears was located in the storage unit for use. Shawn was wonderful with communication. Just a great family trip!! Thank you!

This house had everything we needed for our stay. Kitchen was fully equipped, plenty of beach chairs and boogie boards. Slept 13 very comfortably. Easy beach access was very nice. Pool was a little chilly for this time of year but would have been perfect if warmer outside.

Enjoyed our stay at Dolphin East. Great communication with the owner. House was roomy and comfortable for our family of eleven. Had a nice “beach” feel. Screen porch and deck were used a lot. Beach is very accessible via the boardwalk. Very beautiful location. The beach closet has lots of sand toys and chairs.

Perfect family beach house

We found the beach house to be the perfect family beach house. The location was wonderful with good views of the beach. The living area accommodated our large family nicely. The kitchen, dining and living area is expansive . Kitchen aid as fully stocked with all we needed and there’s even a second refrigerator. The outdoor space is equally accommodating. You won’t go wrong booking this beach house.

Back Home Again

We rarely stay the same place twice...we stayed in the other half of this house last year and lived the location. This property did not disappoint. It's the last unit on the boardwalk so nobody walks in front of your house. There's a grill and fish cleaning table at the foot of the stairs. We LOVED the tall deck chairs and enjoyed every evening on that porch. The closet under the house was packed with chairs, toys, and everything we needed for the beach. Kitchen was exceptionally stocked with knives, pots, pans and plenty of dishes and silverware. There's a new Dollar General store about eight miles away for quick groceries and ice. The beach is steps away as is the pool. Perfect location for a family vacation. The owner was very responsive and the property was well maintained.

Fall Break at Fort Morgan

Loved the location! We have always loved the Fort Morgan area and the South Breakers location was awesome. Quiet beach, perfect weather, excellent boardwalk, great screened in porch, a storage closet full of beach goodies for the kids, discount from the beach rental company, upper deck with a phenomenal view, and a great television in the primary gathering area. Beautiful Property

Beautiful property but a distance to find much for restaurants.. Kitchen and sitting area was awesome for gathering a large group as we were forced to play board and card games due to the awful weather. Nicely furnished and plenty of dishes ,pots and pans. Would recommend without reservation.

Beautiful home right on the beach!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful beach home! Location was perfect! Views were amazing! Home had everything we needed plus kitchen was fully stocked. Beds were comfortable. Pools were clean and a short walk from the home. The beach was very clean and not crowded, which we liked. We had plenty of room for 8 adults and 3 children. We didn’t have Wi-Fi for a couple days due to a previous storm the week before, but Shawn (owner) helped us get it up and running and he was extremely nice! It didn’t hinder any part of our stay whatsoever. Fort Morgan is the perfect area and beach if you are looking for a less crowded area. I would definitely stay here again and recommend this beautiful home!

Wonderful beach house!

Our group of ten had a wonderful stay! Everything was perfect just as shown in the listing. Three king-size beds for the adults, plenty of extra beds for the kids and teens. Located right on the beach and very close to the neighborhood pool. Well stocked with everything you could need. Highly recommend!

Vacation by the beach

Overall we really enjoyed this property. It is a duplex but there was no noise from the other family on our side. We enjoyed have an extra refrigerator and the washer/dryer unit were commercial size and that is nice for all the wet beach clothes and towels. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and utensils. The furnishings were above average and the house was very comfortable to relax in. The unit could have been a little cleaner, but anyone that has stayed in a rental knows that will vary on the group who stayed before you. The cleaning crew can't check every dish and utensil. Overall it was a great stay and we would stay again some time.

Very nice place to stay.

This is a great property, very nice location, right on the beach. Not a lot of people on the beach. Plenty of room for our entire family. There is a large storage room with all kinds of beach chairs, wave boards, buckets, shovels, nets, and a large beach wagon. There is also two refrigerators in the house which is so nice! The only thing I would have the cleaners work on is most of the White trim in the house right where the door handles are is a bit dirty. Definitely did not at all have an affect on the great time we had and what a great place this was. We would definitely stay here again! Thank you for sharing this wonderful place for families to make wonderful memories!

the house is wonderful ... as others said there's a fully stocked kitchen so cooking was easy... the decks and screen porch are wonderful ... we all felt comfortable and relaxed ... and just steps from the water so how can you beat that?

Perfect for our family

Location is perfect. House was well stocked and had lots of space for everybody. Having the existing beach canopy was a definite plus. Good communication with the owner. Did I mention that the beach was beautiful and the water crystal clear.
