'Visiting the Newport area with a friend and this cottage was perfect. Good sized kitchen and comfortable sofa.'

'Waverly is wonderful. The location can't be beat, no car necessary. The apartment is beautifully kept and the host left us some lovely island treats. There is a great back porch with a wonderful view of the water, as well as a great covered front porch where you can sit and watch the island activity go by. We were so happy to have a dog with us and the host was wonderfully communicative and helpful. I can't recommend enough.'

'My friends and I had a great time here. This was close to everything in Newport. The units, themselves, were clean and had enough space for us to stay comfortably. I preferred this 100x more than my other trips to Newport when I overpaid for a dinky hotel room. If I am back in Newport, I’ll be staying here.'

'Check in needs better directions. Lock box not by the door to the place. Need to go back out of tge fenced area. Picture would be helpful.Place great, quiet and clean walk everywhere. Mansions and cliff walk a must. '
