Ook al zijn vermeldingsgegevens verstrekt, vragen die mij zijn gesteld. JA, de caboose heeft een volledig functionerende, beluchte badkamer, in de silo ernaast (zie foto's en beoordelingen). JA, de caboose heeft airconditioning en warmte, met warmte alleen in silo. JA, er is warm water in de badkamer. JA, er zijn niet één maar TWEE HD LCD-televisies met volledige DirectTV-reeks kanalen, samen met Netflix en andere streamingdiensten. In andere zaken - niet meer dan 2 volwassenen, TWEE NACHT MINIMUM, geen kinderen, geen huisdieren, niet roken, geen rokers, geen kortingen ooit gegeven. GEEN uitzonderingen ooit! IK ZAL NIET REAGEEREN als je schrijft om uitzonderingen te vragen. ---- Nu de goede dingen: onze vintage C & O-caboose uit 1929 bevindt zich op slechts 1,6 km van het fantastische Lake Burton en heeft zojuist een restauratie en upgrade van top tot bodem ondergaan, met de luxueuze Pullman-auto's van weleer. Geen detail is genegeerd om een ​​echt unieke uitje te kunnen bieden. (Figuur van spraak. De caboose gaat eigenlijk nergens naartoe. Unique Experience

We really enjoyed our stay in the historic caboose. Although small, we had all we needed for a comfortable stay. Jim has thought of everything you need. The separate bathroom was cute and very functional, as well as only a few steps from the back door. If you are looking for an unique experience, this is a must stay!

Unique and Fun

Everything about our weekend was great. Jim was very helpful and put a lot of thought into every aspect of the caboose. We took advantage of almost every amenity provided. Even though it was almost freezing outside, it was very warm in the caboose, and the restroom came with a heater as well. Our favorite part was the breakfast nook. It takes some dexterity to get up there, but the view was beautiful. This is the perfect place for a couple to comfortably enjoy the mountains of North Georgia.

Absolutely wonderful stay in this historic caboose! We selected this property for the local scenery and ended up more than delighted with the accommodations. Jim, our host, has seen to every detail and takes great pride in keeping this unique location in pristine condition. He has attended to every detail which made our stay very comfortable. As cozy as it gets!!!

Can't say enough about the caboose and Jim! The Caboose was such a great experience. It's beyond cozy and accommodating. I'm not a train enthusiast, but was blown away by all the cool memorabilia that was in it. Main Street is only a 5min drive away. Jim is the best. Great host!! Make sure to check out his shop next door.

We really enjoyed staying in the caboose. Jim was an awesome host. The place was very clean and very unique. It was definitely an experience. You can learn a lot of stuff by just walking in to the place and looking at all the unique stuff on the walls, Jim was very knowledgeable of a lot of things as well and it was awesome Howell they turned a silo into the bathroom. Anything you would need Jim would go out of his way for you. Definitely something everyone should try

Incredible stay and wonderful host

My husband loves trains so I had to bring him here for our 30th anniversary. Jim was the most amazing host and made sure our stay was a special and memorable one. The attention to detail is remarkable. The entire place was immaculate. I was pleasantly surprised to find a microwave and refrigerator provided. The location is great and we so enjoyed shopping in the antique store on the property. We purchased some special items to remember our stay. This was such a fun experience and we look forward to returning in the future. I cannot recommend this beautiful place and host more.

Incredible experience!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this historic caboose! It’s so well-appointed throughout with perfectly chosen train-related antiques and all the creature comforts. The silo bathroom is especially cool—so creative, eclectic, and functional. Jim, your wonderful host, set us up with a roaring fire in the fire pit and shared great conversation. We highly recommend this opportunity to stay in a unique piece of history!

Loved the "quirky" caboose

Not your usual hum-drum hotel. Why stay in a dreary room when you can stay in a caboose and bathe in a grain silo up in the mountains!? Pleasant outdoor sitting area. Close to town with good food and lovely drives. Bonus antiquing on the property. Owner super nice and very helpful. He's always around if you need anything.

First, Jim (the owner) was awesome! He was very easy to deal with and was extremely accommodating. Second, the property is amazing. Jim was excellent. The caboose was beautiful and the attention to detail was noted in every way possible. The uniqueness definitely comes at a slight cost, but it is just too cool to miss a stay at! Great host, unique and pleasant caboose cabin

The host, Jim, was so helpful, starting with the check in process all the way through check out. He recommended many tips and restaurants around the Clayton area. The caboose cabin was a unique experience and if we’re ever back in the area, we will find Jim and the caboose cabin again!
