'This hotel was nice looking, but lacked in the areas that would actually make it a nice hotel. The hotel isn't bad, it is just priced above it's class, for me. I can accept some hair in the bathroom, but I would say this one had a lot more than most. Also, I kind of judge a hotel by how dirty the corners are, and oh my dog, the corners in the bathroom were disgusting. 'Upon entry to the property I was surprised as it appeared quite quaint. The driveway leading up to it left much to be desired however as you need to backout of steep narrow entry onto the road. It is high up in the woods, so this may have been the problem that lead me to allergy and breathing issues. As I was unloading my car, my friend was trying to hook up the wifii, it never came up even after repeated communication and attempts. Breathing became difficult and the house was a bit musty so...

'The property was very clean and convenient to our plans. Plenty of parking. The main bedroom had a door, so someone could still watch tv or cook in kitchen and not disturb someone sleeping. The full size refrigerator was super. It was definitely better than the mini fridges in other hotels. I absolutely loved that there was a separate area to do my hair and makeup. Location: great access to Loop 1 to get to downtown. Grocery store was only 10 min away. Plenty of eateries in the area. '
