There are multiple cabins available surrounding a pond all in the middle of God's green earth. There is also river access on the property. 'I was in town to run the Savage Marathon. The race start/finish was only 10 minutes down the road. This cabin was the perfect place for me. It was a great size, quiet, private, and had everything I needed to cook a few meals and clean up after the race. Stopped by the Greeter Grill after the race and had a great burger and fries. I love camping at Savage Gulf Preserve but this is a perfect option when I’m not feeling up to camping.'

'The hosts were gracious, and never intrusive. We rented the property for our 10 year anniversary and for the relaxation and quiet that the area offered.
