'The cottage was cute and comfortable. Pleasant decor, comfy seating. We didnt cook but the kitchen seemed well-equipped. Bedding and mattress were less than excellent. But overall we had a lovely time!'

'House is great for multiple people or multiple families. Plenty of space for everyone to hang out. We had to buy a can opener because the electric one provided did not work. The pot and pans are in rough shape. I would bring your own. I would also bring something to clean tough dishes. They provide a sponge, but no scrubbers. '

'Enjoyed our time - the best views! Fairly clean, older stovetop and no dishwasher. Could use some hot pads to get things out of the oven. Nice place '

'We have stayed at a lot of different VRBO homes. Royce‘s house is one of the cleanest, most well stocked homes we’ve been in. My teenage sons loved the pool table and basement game room. My husband and I loved all the fun coffee and coffee making tools. Such a well kept home. We will definitely be coming back! '

'This is a decent little apartment right on the beach with nice views. The back sliding door windows facing the beach in Unit 2 are not clear because there is some residue of some sort on them blurring the view. Other units don't have this problem. Other than that, the proximity to the beach and views from other windows are great. The apartment is right on the highway so road noise is a factor, though on the ocean side, you will hear the ocean.'

'One problem recognized on arrival dealt with by manager promptly and effectively. Otherwise, only demerits are that upstairs bedrooms did not have night tables where a lamp could be placed or chairs on which you could put your suitcase. Finally, the toaster oven needs to be replaced. All easily fixed.'

'We had a great time. The only thing i would say is maybe some upgrading in the bathroom and stove. The stove turned in by itself which was a little concerning. But over all a very comfortable unit. '

'Very close to beach and nice walks. Sitting on the front porch, looking out at the ocean, smelling the salt air, and watching the sunset was very relaxing. This cottage is close to a lot of other beaches, towns, and things to do. A little painting would greatly improve the feel of the cottage. Having a grill on the front porch was great but it needs repairs or replacing. Kitchen cabinet door did not close which was annoying when preparing vegetables or washing dishes. I was very happy with our...

'My two sisters joined me from far away and we had a very special time together at this Sanderling Cottage, cooking meals, talking over tea, and heading out the back door to walk on the beach.The cottage had all the basics and was just what we wanted.'

'The house was great and the beach was beautiful! It was everything we hoped for! The beach is pretty windy but the sand is soft and the water is very clean. The view from the main bedroom balcony is very beautiful and you get great sunsets on clear days. The kitchen was decently stocked with cooking gear. The beds were okay. The area is gorgeous. There are lots of beautiful trails and sites nearby. '
