'It is nice when the expectations of a property are fully met! The house easily sleeps 6 (2 couples + 2 single beds) with lots of room to socialize it the kitchen, living room and balcony. The house is ideally located in a beautiful and quiet large lot overlooking the bay with lots of good restaurants within 15-20 minutes. The house was very spacious and had all the amenties that you could want. All of the Acadia attractions and hiking trails were easily accessible. I would definitely recommend...

'The property was the perfect size for 2 of us. We searched for treasure on the shoreline, had a campfire overlooking the bay, and enjoyed the quiet and privacy. It was lovely.'

'Loved the house design and neighborhood. Comfortable and easy to navigate both inside and out. The place appeared to have been closed up as the air was musty and heavy when we arrived but the windows were easy to open, they had fans, air purifiers etc.I think the wet spring may have added some moisture to their old basement. It's a historical house so maybe that just comes with the territory. Our son graduated from nearby Maine Maritime and it served as a great home base. Thank you!'

'The property was exactly as represented. It has all the basic necessities. The location was perfect. Right on the lake so we could do our ice fishing right from the porch. Check in and out was easy. The only small downside was the parking. I have a suburban so there was not a lot of space in front of the cottage for it to fit and be completely off the road. I was a little nervous it would get clipped by someone driving by.'

The property is gorgeous, but the listings between VRBO and Vacasa (a third party that handles the actual communication for check in and such) have huge discrepancies about being dog friendly. This caused significant stress when we arrived as we had to find the original listing saying we could bring our small dog. I would definitely recommend the property, but just be sure you keep track of what you are agreeing to. Also, the bedrooms were warm enough...

'My husband and I enjoyed our stay at the Tiny House. It was cozy and comfortable for the two of us, and the view of the bay was wonderful. We also thoroughly enjoyed the fire pit. The neighborhood was quiet, and not too far from Bar Harbor / Acadia. There is also a nice little bakery 10 minutes away.'
