'Location was perfect to allow quick access to the music venue, dining. A clean, quiet, comfortable place to rest and enjoy. Especially nice was sitting on the patio early in the morning and enjoying the sun rising, the birds singing and the breeze. So quiet and peaceful. Highly recommend. Look forward to staying again. '

'Loved the view of the pond from the various outdoor seating areas. The small dock was great for the best view and was fun to see the turtles. So peaceful, reminded us of a bird sanctuary. Michael and Ashleigh were very responsive to any inquiry we made. Kitchen nice size and well equipped for our stay. Especially enjoyed using one of the two fire pits for a relaxing evening under the stars. Thanks so much!'

'We absolutely loved our stay in Mystic at the Captain Burrows house. There were so many little touches to make us feel welcome throughout our stay. The house and grounds are absolutely beautifully decorated. The nautical theme fits in perfectly with the history of the house and the town. There were three of us traveling together and we each got our own rooms, which was important to us. The beds were very comfortable. The lady who slept downstairs said the bed made squeaks whenever she moved,...

'We spent a long weekend here and had a great time. The house had everything we needed and was very nicely decorated. The room with trundle bed was perfect for kids. Owners were friendly and accommodating. The best part was the location close to town. It was really nice being able to walk and not have to worry about parking. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a great place to stay to enjoy all that Mystic has to offer. We will be back!'

'Unexpected family/friends gathering for a Celebration of Life. This home exceeded our expectations, and the Welcome Basket was a great surprise. For traveling a few hours to get there, it was such a pleasure to have cold water and snacks waiting for us. The house is VERY clean and all the little extras are a great touch. 'This house is amazing. It fit us all comfortably and is beautifully decorated. Everything is all new and it has great outdoor space. The kitchen is fully stocked and the bathroom had lots of towels. We didn’t get to go to the beach, but the garage was stocked with everything you would need. The host was very easy to contact and was very accommodating. My only advice would be to make sure you bring soap for the bathrooms. I was surprised to find out that there was none, ☺️'

'We chose this spectacular property for our wedding that only included seven members of our family for it's charm and access to downtown Mystic. Lynn and Skip could not have been nicer or more helpful in their hospitality and recommendations. The kitchen was both beautiful and functional, the dining area fit us perfectly, and the expansive patio was an amazing spot for our ceremony and relaxing by the firepit on the following night surrounded by flowers and a bubbling fountain. We hope to return...
