A few things people may want to know. The house is a bit worn with tiles missing from around the tub and large seams/cracks in the kitchen countertops and loose linoleum flooring in the laundry. We’ll move past these aesthetics. The kitchen was stocked with a couple of pots and pans. Most of them had caked dirt on them and needed to be cleaned before I could use them. The only skillet was almost detached from the handle making it very difficult to use. There was enough silverware for 2-3 people even though there were plates for about 6 and I believe the rental could sleep 6 or 7.The washing machine worked, but would only run with hot water no matter what setting I tried. It also left my clothes very wrinkled after the cycle. The dryer was full of a load of towels when I arrived. After I removed and folded the towels I tried to use the dryer, but it made such loud squealing noises I gave up and air dried my clothes. The bed was comfortable and we slept well. The TV in the living room kept loosing signal, so we gave up trying to use that. The WiFi did work.The general cleanliness could have been better. While it did look like someone came in to sweep and mop between guests, the kitchen cabinets had grime in them, the bottom of the tub was discolored, the ceiling fan had visible dust on the blades, the air vents, light fixtures, and wainscoting tops were covered w/ dust. The host was over all responsive, but we didn't receive check in instructions until we arrived.

not the same as the pictures i expected more

the piece of tape on the bottom of the door said we couldn’t lock the bottom lock, hot water didn’t work, towels were crunchy, bedrooms didn’t look how the photos were listed, ANTS EVERYWHERE, there was a bug randomly crawling on the bed, tub wasn’t cleaned when we arrived, the flies were out of control!!! the back door was unlocked when we arrived as well

The house was SUPER cute! All of the amenities of being at home were available. I plan to make this my family get away spot so we can explore the area more. The neighborhood is beautiful and is close to EVERYTHING you need! The furniture could use an update. But I you expreciate the space like my family and I did and plan to come back, I see nothing wrong with contributing to the updates like I plan too as long as the owner agrees. I almost hate to give this review because I don't want to not have the house available when I want it! Lol

Exactly what I needed but pictures weren’t up to date

The property was in a good location and it was what I needed at the time. However, the pictures can be updated. The master bedroom shows that there’s a headboard in all actuality. The bed is on the floor. There is a hole in the bedroom window however the host was great with answering all my questions and concerns. I would definitely stay again as long as that window gets fixed.

Went to spend time with my nephew and to go to the rodeo. The place home is a cute 2bed room. Quiet and comfortable. The host responded to all my questions and was very helpful and courteous. Perfect Little Getaway!We absolutely loved our stay at this cute little blue house! It was the perfect spot for our family getaway—cozy, comfortable, and full of charm. Everything was well-maintained and thoughtfully set up, making it easy to relax and enjoy our time. The house had everything we needed, and the little touches made it even more special. A blessing cozy and CLEAN!!!

stay at this VRBO was absolutely wonderful! The house was exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The price was fantastic for all that was included. My family had such a great time that we ended up staying for over a month!The backyard was a great bonus, offering plenty of space to relax, and we loved the designated area for barbecuing. The photos listed on this listing is not same as the property. The property is dirty, uncleaned, dirty and smelly sheets, a total run down property. Because I had already paid, was checked in, I couldn't just leave. Else I would run from this property. Please list the actual photos and do people a favor. Not everyone likes to stay in run down, smelly places.
