In the second bedroom, you'll find a delightful setup with a queen-size bed, a twin bed with a trundle, and a twin bunk bed, perfect for cozy nights and happy dreams. Finally, the third bedroom also provides a spacious king-size bed for your ultimate comfort. We're excited for you to settle in and feel at home in our inviting retreat!

Guests are welcome to enjoy the entire home and surrounding grounds. However, access to the garage and shed will not be available.

We're here to help you every step of the way during your stay. While we won't be onsite with you, we're just a message or call away!

- The guest who books must be one of the guests staying on the property (sorry - no booking for others).

- Minimum booking age is 25 and must show proof of a valid ID if asked

- We have an additional 5 Str Co-Host Guest Agreement separate from the booking platform. By booking this home, you agree to this process. The Guest Agreement is a legal document from our law firm that details the rules and policies for staying here.

- After you book, you’ll receive a message with a link to the Renter’s Agreement. Please read it carefully and sign it to complete your booking. Signing this agreement is required for your stay in our home.

- Unexpected things can happen, so WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND getting travel insurance in case you need to cancel your booking.
