'My wife and I enjoyed our stay here! The room is basic but equipped with all the essentials (private entrance, private bathroom, kitchen sink, and fridge). It’s perfect for use as a home base while spending your days out and about. It is very close to a bus stop, about a 4 min walk, which gives easy connection to the rest of the city. The family is very quiet and we were not disturbed at all during our stay. '

'We were wonderfully surprised at the bedroom size and spaciousness of this Edinburgh flat. I think it has been completely renovated recently, and it stunning. Also immaculately clean. It is within a 15 minute walk to most Edinburgh attractions, with a bus stop right outside the door, and a small grocery across the street. There is also a small grassy, fenced backyard which is a nice plus. One note for Americans, there is no dryer which seems standard in the UK. There were plenty of drying...

'Place was exactly as described, very clean and comfortable. Plenty of parking on site. Met the upstairs Neighbours who were absolutely lovely. Would def stay there again.'

'The property was clean and pretty much as advertised. Note there are not four queen size beds but 2. The cutlery could do with being changed too as it is cheap and not fit for purpose.'

'The apartment was great. We loved the location. It is within walking distance of most of the main sites and train station. The hosts were great and we had a nice welcome basket. Would definitely stay there again if we return to Edinburgh'

'Property was old and dirty the house was a stink. The room was a very smoky of food they were no splendid and full of humans here, The floor was a sticky. I didn’t feel safe because there was a two German Shepherd dog inside the house. I had to ask if it’s okay to get out of the room. I only stayed for one night and I paid for 3 nights.that wasn’t fair.'

'All was great. This is a working stable with horses and those many that have to care for horses, plus at least one friendly dog. You felt welcomed and that was appreciated. With a 15 minute drive you are in North Berwick and so close to John Muir park and Seacliff. Seacliff is special. The only, and minor, negative was that it was not a peaceful place when we were there- lots of tree trimming (Chain saw) and chipping- so very noisy at times. I would guess this is a rare event and suggested to...

'This was a very comfortable place for us to stay with family members, with lots of interesting places to explore within walking distance. Also a very nice place to hang around and be inside together in the rainy weather!'

'Beautiful and spacious home with lots of room for our family to spread out. The back garden is lovely. We had so much fun making pizzas in the pizza oven. Perfect location. Paul, the owner, was such a delight! '

"Very friendly, clean and welcoming hotel. Lots of parking space and a excellent restaurant with a cosy bar.. Although close to the airport a good connection could be made with the Edinburgh city-center via public transport or car. Room was spacious and well kept with a proper bed to sleep. This hotel is well worth the money with a shopping-mall close by, although transport is needed to reach as a main road has to be crossed. The breakfast was not enjoyed as we were on our way early, but as airline crew are also staying here it should have a certain standard."
