'The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The room was quiet and comfortable with a nice view. My only suggestions for improvement are to replace the poly blend sheets for 100 percent cotton for the sake of us menopausal hot flashers, and to have another employee staff the first floor cafe when the sole employee takes their lunch break.'
