'Das Appartement ist wirklich ein perfekter Ort zum Ausspannen. Ruhig gelegen direkt am Meer, kann man jeden morgen schon vor dem Frühstück eine Runde schwimmen gehen. In ein paar Minuten zu Fuß erreicht man ein paar sehr gute Tavernen im Ort. Mit dem Auto ist man schnell in der Umgebung und kann Einkaufen oder Sight-Seeing machen. Den optionalen Reinigungsservice (Wohnung putzen, frische Handtücher und Bettzeug) haben wir sehr gerne in Anspruch genommen. Alles in allem sehr zu empfehlen.'

'We arrive in Delphi after a long drive on twisty mountain roads (confession - we probably should have known Delphi was in the mountains and not on the coast). Streets are narrow and often one-way. We find the address to the Villa, knock on the door... and an old woman who speaks no English answers the door. After a few minutes of smiling and hand gestures, we realize the listed address for the Villa is wrong and the place we're looking for is across the street and a few doors down. We walk...

'Georgia is a perfect host! She has put love into every detail of this property and lives upstairs so she was available for any questions. The towns people where very warm and friendly and spoke enough English that there were no concerns or problems. Would love to come back again.'

'We loved our stay in the apartment in Itea. The apartment is in a great location right on the sea front. It’s the corner apartment so the balcony looks over the bay on two sides. The rooms are very smart with everything you need. The views from the balcony are great and we enjoyed the swinging chairs to relax in the sun on the balcony. It’s only a short walk to the centre of Itea and we liked the bars and restaurants. Pickup of the key was easy from the lock safe and communication with the owner...

'Excellent. The property was a few minutes from the water and next to a local grocery store. The area was very nice and easy to access other places in the region.'
