'Very happy with our stay!'

'The amenities offered at the resort greatly added to our stay here. We played mini golf, swam in the pool and explored the beautiful grounds. We didn’t get to take advantage of the restaurant as we came early in the week and they were closed. Great location close to all you need in the Williamsburg area!'

'I booked a 4 BR condo and upon arrival, it was actually 2 separate 2BR condos with one of those having the distinct smell of marijuana and cigarettes. I was offered another 2 2BR condos but elected to cancel the reservation with a full refund due to the resort not having the 4BR that is advertised.'

'The outside of the building is kind of rough and the lights didn't work so was it was a little hard to find in the dark. I guess that is why there isn't a picture of the building on the listing but that would have helped us find it. That being said that wasn't a big deal to us. 'The condo was well kept and clean. The furniture was comfortable and in great shape. The condo was close to Busch Gardens and Williamsburg. I would definitely recommend it to friends and family. '

'We had a pleasant and relaxing week long stay in this Kingsmill condo. The locatiln and setting were perfect to enjoy the many things Kingsmill has to offer. The accommodations were just as described and were clean, comfortable, and welcoming. The hosts made a real effort to help us have a wonderful week.'

'Perfect 2 bedroom spot in Kingsmill community. Kitchen was well stocked with coffee to get you started. Great back patio to watch golfers come up the fairway. Cant access Kingsmill golf courses and amenities, but great to walk around the beautiful community. Perfect for a couples trip. The unit was very clean and updated. Wonderful for a quick weekend away!'

'Kingsmill is a great getaway, the condo was just as listed. The host was very responsive. Just a short stroll to the waterfront. It's a great place to unwind, take many walks on the trails and see all the great historic sites in the area. Would definitely return.'
