'There were repairs made to the wall inside the room. Plaster was all over the wall and carpet. The bathroom had clean towels, but the tub was not clean. Used soap and hair still in the tub, on the shower wall and floor beside the toilet. Even saw a large bed bug crawling on the pillow on the bed.'

'Room could have been cleaner. No hand soap and only a few Kleenex left in dispenser. Okay four a one night stay. Plenty of parking and breakfast was acceptable.'

I almost checked out right after checking in. The entrance doors had an obnoxious alarm sound the entire stay (4 days). The pool had green algae on the sides of the tiles, they ran out of pool towels (and sheets as I overheard a guest asking the front desk for sheets), the first aid kit in the pool room was...

'Very nice stay. The room was clean and modern. The staff was super friendly and the breakfast was pretty good. Good for a quick night but I feel I could’ve stayed a few days and been very comfortable.'

'The receptionist made several mistakes and had a poor attitude during a simple check-in. They certainly don't advertise that the typical little breakfast buffet, with terrible-tasting scrambled eggs, is not free. No free breakfast. And the signage in the large parking lot does not make it clear that parking is not free for hotel guests. It should say, "PARKING IS NOT FREE FOR HOTEL GUESTS." I got a parking ticket.'

'Everything was fine, The tubs were weird not good for people with balance issues. Charging for complimentary breakfast wasn’t the best either. A little older but all in all it was fine and everything you would need . The tv’s were big and awesome tho. Beds firm but alright . Not to shabby. The concessions were way too over priced . 5 bucks for gummies ., camm on..'

'I've stayed at the Courtyard by Marriot in Short Pump several times. The location is excellent. It's close to good shopping, nice restaurants and most important my mom's assisted living facility. The staff is always friendly and helpful. And the rooms are very comfortable. It's a great stay particularly for what they charge.'

We had made a reservation for a room with two beds, it it was late when we arrived and they put us up in two single rooms w/o giving us a hard time or charging us anymmore money. This is a great location convinieny to Dominion CC and next to the shopping area.'
