'Great place, I’d stay there every year for Derby! '

'Our party of 10 had a wonderful stay at the Highland Station at the Bellwether! Our apartment was spacious with a nicely appointed kitchen and large living room area perfect for our group to gather together and play games! The decor was retro and cool, the beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were nice and large. The location was great with many restaurants and bars within walking distance! Highly recommend!'

'Very nice, clean. If we just stayed longer, I would’ve made use of the kitchenette. The breakfast in the morning was awesome. The only discrepancy I would say is that it was listed as adjoining rooms; they were not but that was not a big deal for us.'

'Nice hotel with nice clean spacious rooms. Mildly disappointed in the check-in process. Signs on the door directed to an office across the street at another hotel that they no longer have an office in. The room wasn’t stocked with spare blankets either. Even with those two minor issues, the hotel was great. Plenty of amenities in the room. Great location and reasonable prices. '

'The location was convenient to most everything in downtown Louisville. The hotel was spacious and comfortable enough for the three of us.'

'I drove around for an hour waiting for a parking space to become available close to the hotel. There was no one on site at 7 pm when I arrived, and my code for the outside door would not work. Luckily, two guests let me in when they went in. The room had one little window at the top of the corner, making it feel like I was in the basement. The furnishings were cheap, and the floor was concrete. NOT cozy or inviting at all.'

'First off, yhe website pictures do not do it justice. My stay was fantastic, secure and comforting. I loved every bit, from the convient parking deck, to the view overlooking the pool. The security of the building and apartment was comforting. Once i entered the premises, it was excellent and up to date. Very fresh. The apartment was very clean. ' The room itself was decent. It was not the cleanest. The floors turned my feet black and the closet was dirty. And the cabinets had pink stuff on them. But the bed was clean, there were no bugs and overall it was very quiet. And for the price I would stay again. As a warning you only get two towels and a roll of toilet paper for your whole stay some prepared. Cleanings are only supposed to take place once a week. We never had it happen in our weeks stay. '

'Want really cleaned and when I asked they reclean the same rag was used to wipe bathroom and kitchen still leaving grease on the stove. There were bugs as well roaches i bought roach things at the store but still ended up leaving in the middle stay. Alot of sketchy people staying in the place didn't feel safe. '

'photos online are staged- rooms weren’t cleaned well before our stay. Our room was right next to the road so it was loud all the time. Sink and counters didn’t seem to be cleaned. The room smelled horribly of smoke every time we entered. I had to go buy a can of febreze Overpriced for what it is. office/lobby is only open for a few hours a day. Person who checked me in was kind. But i left super early in the morning so had to chdck out over the phone once they opened. '

'We stayed at this property with a group of guys for a bourbon tour weekend. The property is located just outside Louisville and was only a 10 dollar Uber downtown (or 10 minute drive). If you have time, there is also an extremely cool walking bridge to Louisville. The property is well-maintained and fit all of our needs. 'Our family goes to the National Farm Machinery Show and Tractor Pulls every year. We have stayed 2 years in this house on the river, it has a beautiful view, the house is very nice and host very easy to work with.'

'Very clean and unique setup. Great host customer service. I initially thought the train would be a problem but it only came once. I greatly appreciated the flexibility with changing dates and location. Hopefully this will be available next year!'
