'The property is very nice, newly remodeled and beautifully decorated. Needs just a few practical items for the rooms in the basement, which I suggested to the owner but otherwise it was perfect for our trip back to visit family. We would have loved to have been able to sit outside on the nice back deck, but we got some rain while we were there. Would definitely stay here again!'

'Great location and plenty of room for family to gather. 5 bedrooms provide various sleeping arrangements and options. The house is cluttered with items in the closets, laundry room, and cupboards not very organized, but it had all the necessities for our visit. Enjoyed the large living room/kitchen area for family to play games and hang out.'

'This property was the perfect location to visit with family and friends for Christmas. It’s near many stores and restaurants. The house was clean and comfortable. We appreciated all the extra amenities too like the soaps, shampoos, nice bottle of wine… We loved the wood fireplace with gas and used it every chance we had. The kitchen was also well equipped. 'Our stay at your home was absolutely wonderful. The house is beautifully decorated with so many little details taken care of. This really made our stay a comfortable one. We enjoyed the deck, yard, fireplace, and shed. The spacious layout allowed for guests to move about as needed, but yet spend intimate time visiting. Ninna's communication and hospitality were excellent. We will certainly plan future trips around this home's availability and I would recommend it to anyone.'

'It’s super close to downtown Yorkville!! So in the months with better weather it would be perfect to stay and walk to the few restaurants downtown and little shops and the river area. We arrived a little early and the host let us in and was able to change the codes around so we could check in as it was cold out! So super accommodating helpful!! Also the garage is a bonus but anything larger than a mid range suv is not going to fit as parking is tight! The only issue we had was the neighbors were...

'This apartment fit our needs perfectly. The room sizes are generous and the kitchen is appropriately set up for short term stays. The Owner was responsive and extremely easy to work with. The apartment is located in a good area with very good access to major roads, shopping, services, etc.. We really enjoyed our stay'
