Also buffet breakfast has very limited options with respect to amount being paid for including it within the fare. If I know before hand I would haven't opted for the breakfast rather do ala-carte at property itself. '

The front desk guy said we have to pay extra for kids when we already paid through Expedia,, His manager stated that Expedia policy is different from theirs and when we tried to leave they tried to BLOCK OUR DRIVER with a vehicle of their own. This place NOT a place to take family! Tv not working,, missed the NBA finals game (4). They said they will change the remote, never happened. '

'Best hotel in the area. If you rented a taxi your driver gets free food and amenities. Great location and beautiful views. The included breakfast buffet is simply amazing, on par with many 5 star hotels. The bar and restaurant is also very nice. One of the few hotels that offers free parking'
