My two sisters, my niece and I spent 6 nights at Baya House in April. The house was perfect for the 4 of us. The location is great - we walked everywhere. Relaxing by the pool was a great way to end the day. We had everything we needed. Perfect.

We absolutely loved our stay. The house and pool were extremely pleasant and the location was awesome. The only suggestions I have is possibly mats in the tub and shower, it was a little slippery, and more than one dish towel. Also , we loved the two local cats. Thank you for an unforgettable experience.

Amazing property in perfect location

Beautiful home in secure, well maintained complex with ample parking and pool. Location, location, location? You bet! A mere walk to Duval Street and all the must-see tourist attractions. Scooter and golf cart rentals less than a block away. CVS with groceries a half block away. The house is well furnished and very comfortable. Could not be happier with this choice. Hope to return!

Great location.

On first sight, the house was wonderful. A few small issues appeared as time passed. #1: the cookware is abysmal—old, cheap, warped. #2: the washer worked once then never again. #3: wife told me to mention terrible towels. #4: downstairs twin beds sub-par. But, great pool and we pretty much had the whole place to ourselves. We felt secure as Hurricane Ian passed by, leaving massive amounts of tree debris all over the property. Without power for about 12 hours. Was impressed with quick restoration by whoever does that in Key West. Overall, a comfortable, spacious place in need of a few updates (appliances could be better). But—location, location, location!

Fabulous Property!

We have stayed in this complex many times before, but never in this unit. We were slightly hesitant because it was less expensive - but once in we discovered its layout to be preferable (slightly larger downstairs bath). Yes, the kitchen is a bit outdated, but it served our purposes well. We were not sure if it was due to covid or new management company, but we were sad to see many of the items we were used to being there from previous renters (majot perk when renting a home vs hotel) not available, seasonings for example. No biggie, we went and bought what we wanted, it was just an expense we hadn't planned on. Otherwise, this unit was perfect for us. One Bonus was the (4) floaties for the pool in the storage off back deck. We were also initially put off by the service fee from Vacasa, but found them to be very thorough and proactive to ensure we had all the info and help we needed. Overall, I would highly recommend this unit! We will definitely stay here again!

Great first visit to Key West

The condo is lovely and had everything we needed. My son really enjoyed having his own outdoor space (the patio) right outside his bedroom. The pool was great and had a good mix of sun and shade. The house was located for easy walking to many areas - Duval Street, Truman Little White House, Hemingway House, South Beach, the port area at Green Street, etc. Having a parking space was essential since we drove from Miami . We enjoyed our stay at Baya House in Key West and definitely plan to return and recommend it to friends.

Great location

This was a very nice place. Very convenient to get to Old Town and Duval street. Lots of shopping ,dining and nightlife close. The beaches and Marinas are all a very short drive. The heated pool was a definite bonus. We’ll come back.
