Met vies bedoel ik dat de oude contactlenzen van de vorige gast nog op de vloer lagen. Ook vonden we oude bier dopjes en zaten er vlekken op de vloer. Daarnaast waren de kamers erg gehorig en konden zowel de mensen naast ons als boven ons horen. '

'The hotel was very dirty and was not kept well on the outside. There was garbage everywhere. There was bugs. The bolt on the door didn’t work. The toilet ran very loud all night.'

'I love the TRU by Hilton chain! The hotels are fresh and looking modern and young. They’re clean and are also focused on younger people who do remote working. I always book a hotel from that chain and the one in Ashland was no exception. Breakfast is typically US, so not the best but super bad either.'

'This property was very unique experience. They outrighttly said that they dont have my booking. After showing them the confirmation from expedia, they still refused and said how can they book the property. We dont have such rooms and we dont make money with them. After being told that I am traveling with 4 kids and need a night stay, they offered 2 beds and asked for $50 with no extra blankets. Horrible experience and I am going to spread this word across.'
