'Our stay was excellent. The house is beautiful and relaxing. The openness and how large is the living room is one of the greatest feature of the house. Each bedroom was large enough to accommodate us. We have stayed there because my daughter was getting married in Houston. 'The home was lovely and the perfect accommodations for 3 senior citizen couples. Each had more than adequate sleeping quarters without being on top of each other. We so enjoyed setting out by the water in the morning, sipping coffee and watching the ducks. It was a wonderful stay.'

'Beds are very comfy. House was clean and bedding was fresh. Trees in back yard have grown up quite a bit since pictures but it was still a nice backyard sitting area. May need to change cushions out on the outdoor furniture as a pet has chewed them. But they are still usable.'

'We stayed at the house for 4 nights. Beautiful neighborhood. Pretty good location for us. Half an hour to airport. House is very spacious and perfect for our group. The house is very nice. A little run down. And a whole lot of rules!! Hot tub isn’t heated. No towels for the pool…not allowed to use the house towels. Not enough chairs outside. No hot water in one bathroom. Overall we had a good stay but could have been great with HOT Hot tub'

'I had received a message from the manager telling me to contact them if we had any issues. Upon entering we noticed that the "double futon" was basically a love seat. No problem as we needed it to sleep one. Then we found no instructions on how to how to access the wi-fi, use the TV, what to do upon leaving, zero. Having stayed with VRBO/Homeaway all over America, France and Italy, there is always information covering pretty much everything. So I sent a text to the manager asking for the wi-fi...

'Very new hotel. Clean and comfortable and the cleaning staff is remarkably attentive. The front desk staff were not as friendly or welcoming as you might want. Rooms are standard Hyatt Place layout, but just fine for a short stay. '

'There was really nothing around the hotel in walking distance but a few food places. The rest were closed during the weekend or closed down. The hotel was nice and staff was tremendous but just not located somewhere that has things to do in walking distance. The pool was closed for “maintenance” which I’m not sure if that’s true or not but it made it hard for my hubby to entertain my 2 younger kids while the older one danced all day for 3 days straight. '
