'This was a great spot to stay, especially during kinetics weekend. There is a lot to do around the condo and the parking is easy (easier than I thought based on the description). The space was great to relax and hang out and the beds were cozy. I did not have as much communication from the owner as I have had at other places. I was a little concerned about that but everything was great.'

'Close to Humbolt, Redwood and community park. Downtown Arcata is also a short 10-15 minute walk. Property is clean. It’s a bit challenging that there’s no food prep area or kitchen sink. Had to wash dishes in the toilet. A small basin would be great to rinse coffee cups and small plates.'
