Guest access
Guests have access to the entire apartment, including the private terrace and small garden area. Free parking is available right outside the property, and the apartment has its own private entrance for full privacy. Please note: the upstairs apartment uses a small section of the garden to the far right, but this is rarely noticeable for guests.

Other things to note
Please note: the basement apartment is also rented out. All units have separate entrances and private areas, so there is no disturbance between guests. You may meet other tenants in the parking area, but the apartment itself and your terrace/garden section are fully private.
