We had a great time here, despite the above average heat. The house is pleasant and good value for the price. We were two families with five children and we were able to put all the children in one room and have two double rooms for parents. The downstairs bedroom is a bit isolated - there is a separate entrance and you need to walk round the side of the house to get into the main building. Fortunately, neither of us sleeping there needed to get up during the night to use the bathroom - don't drink too much if sleeping here! The bonus was that it was more private.
The area is uncrowded - swimming a couple of kilometres away at Duga Luka, very nice swimming at Sv Marina about 10km away (the campsite let us swim from rocks in their grounds) and Rabac (more touristy but nice for a change). Labin is beautiful and worth going to in the evenings. Also has Lidl and an excellent little market with fresh fish.
If you want a holiday away from the crowds of Pula and other west coast towns, this is an ideal place to stay.
