'The property and location was great. I ran into some issues with wristbands, but it was quickly resolved. I would have liked to have some beach chairs / towels available in the house as well as some general condiments - salt & pepper. When you are flying in it is hard to have all of that and also not economical to purchase for only a few days.'

'I’m not sure the photos do this place justice! It was even better in person. Beautifully renovated and decorated, very clean, comfortable, and such a great location! We loved the community and especially the pool. The trolley stop was right outside and made for easy access to the beach. We can’t wait to stay here again.'

'Property was clean and comfortable. Beds were comfy. Kitchen was stocked with very basic utensils so don’t plan on cooking meals. A small coffee maker was provided but no coffee filters. Only 2 dishwasher tablets were left for our 4 day stay. Be sure to bring your own body soap & shampoo a very small amount is provided. 1 blow dryer for 2 bathrooms. Not generous with providing the extras. We paid enough for our stay for the extras to be provided.'

'Really nice location! Easy walk to Suncrest Beach square for dining and some shops as well as less then 10 minute walk to the ocean. Lots of families. The area was very busy with teenagers at this time due to school break but wait times were reasonable and weather was beautiful.'

'We enjoyed Sunset Watch— the rooms were well laid out for our group of 13. However, to rent to this many, you need more than 5 mugs and 4 spoons in the house! Also the website erroneously says there are 2 beach chair companies that rent on their beach- that is false. We had to pay extra to have one set up on an adjoining beach.'

'We really enjoyed the house at Watercolor. It had everything our family needed for a wonderful vacation. The kitchen and family room were large and all the bedrooms were comfortable. The porch for outside eating was nice and there were plenty of bicycles for all of us. We especially liked the golf cart which made it very easy and quick to the beach.'

'We had 4 generations (ages 1- 68) stay at the house. 16 people in total. We had the best time. The location is perfect. Being right on the beach with 6 kids under 8 was perfect. The photos don't do the home justice. We felt it was even more beautiful in person. There was room for everyone to be together and plenty of room for everyone when you wanted a little quiet time. The pool was heated perfectly. Everyone loved swimming, even after the sun went down. We're already planning next years stay.'

Do not stay here: extra fee, dirty and long lines
"Do not stay at this property. They offer relative cheap prices on internet but charge you a resort fee at the property. This hotel does not have reception and they let you book in at the hotel next to this hotel. We had to wait for more than 45 mins to get checked in as there was only 1 person at reception. When i was checked in i received a very dirty not cleaned room. I went back to check in and after 15 min i received another room. Also this room is outdated and dirty. My advice is to stay in another hotel and if you include this hotel resort fee they are not more expensive and it will safe you a lot of time at check in and you will stay in a much cleaner and better maintained property"
