'Teri is an exceptional host! She thought of everything one might need while away from home. She communicates constantly, ensuring that all is well and is readily available to answer questions. 'We loved the location - the community was wonderful. It was within a short walking distance of the beach and our porch view was so nice. The condo itself was spacious and very clean. We really had a great time. The only small change would be that the master mattress could use an upgrade (it is a bit lopsided) and possibly to leavea few extra kitchen towels for cleaning, but other than that - what a wonderful place to stay. Would definitely recommend it to all.'

'Did a big family get together from two states and this house was great!! Big table in dining room and large gathering areas for good time together. Watercolor amenities were great, especially with young kids. Had an issue with hot water at arrival that was promptly fixed. Did have a broken coffeemaker midway through our stay. Someone came to confirm it was broken but never returned to replace. Not a huge deal as there are great coffee shops nearby. Overall an excellent stay!'

'I would highly recommend this place if you don’t need all the excitement from being on the beach your tucked away. Tim, the property manager was awesome. I annoyed him constantly with questions and he was so responsive. The only thing is you’re not on the beach, which didn’t bother me because I don’t have any small children.'

'The house was great, very nice, well stocked, and was plenty big for our party. There was even a place for us to play Pictionary. The pool is very nice. In a quiet neighborhood. The only downfall for us was the location, the drive to the beach took us around 30 minutes or longer depending on traffic.'

Do not stay here: extra fee, dirty and long lines
"Do not stay at this property. They offer relative cheap prices on internet but charge you a resort fee at the property. This hotel does not have reception and they let you book in at the hotel next to this hotel. We had to wait for more than 45 mins to get checked in as there was only 1 person at reception. When i was checked in i received a very dirty not cleaned room. I went back to check in and after 15 min i received another room. Also this room is outdated and dirty. My advice is to stay in another hotel and if you include this hotel resort fee they are not more expensive and it will safe you a lot of time at check in and you will stay in a much cleaner and better maintained property"
