Villa Ira Lefkas - One Bedroom Villa, Sleeps 2

Looking for a quaint getaway on the island of Lefkas? Then look no further than the charming Villa Ira. Located on the South coast, this villa is ideal for those looking to explore the local beaches, sample traditional dishes and relax and unwind amongst magnificent scenery. The views from the poolside are astonishing, with views of both the towering mountains, evergreen tree tops, and calm waters of the Mediterranean. The terrace has been designed so you can enjoy light lunches and evening meals alfresco, whilst being immersed in the views that surround you. For a refreshing dip, you can make the most of the infinity pool, or relax on one of the reclining sun loungers with the company of a good book. 
Inside, the ground floor boasts the living room and kitchen. Open-plan, this cosy room is minimalistic, whilst featuring all the latest appliances for your self-catering holiday. There's even a smart TV for your movie nights in. On the first floor, we find the bedroom, a spacious double with your own TV and balcony terrace. The balcony is the ideal spot for your morning cup of tea, or Greek coffee whilst you take in the scenery beyond. 

This villa is located on a hillside within a mountainous resort. The villa is accessible by 19 steps with a path 150cm wide leading to the front door which is 80cm wide. There is no ramp access and therefore unsuitable for those with mobility issues. Other access doors measure 110cm wide. Inside the villa, the lounge and kitchen/dining area are open-plan and accessed via the main door. The pool terrace can be accessed via patio doors or the main entrance with 1 step down onto flat paving surrounding the pool. There are Roman Steps to enter the pool with no handrail.
